Jim Henderson is an Atlanta native, and has been in various aspects of real estate for 45+ years. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Real Estate. UGA’s real estate program is recognized as one of the finest programs in the nation and has long been ranked in the top five of the U.S. News annual rankings. His largest venture continues to be the development of three luxury high rise condominiums all located within the heart of Buckhead: Park Place on Peachtree, Park Avenue, and Park Regency Condominiums.
Jim is the President of Park Signature Properties.As a resident of Park Place on Peachtree, he shares first-hand experience of what it means to be a high-rise condominium owner. Given the opportunity, Jim is sure to convince any buyer that their future residence is within one of these condo buildings. Jim enjoys giving complimentary showings of available units to any current resident, potential buyer, or walk-in. In his free time Jim is an avid golfer at the Cherokee Town and Country Club, and enjoys traveling the world to find the perfect putting green.
